DMC 3839 to J&P Coats: Thread Conversion

J&P Coats 7110 is a close match for DMC 3839. The mid-value, controlled blue-violet character suited to landscape sky fills, morning glory and iris petal midtones, and Celtic and knotwork jewel-palette blues is approximated adequately for most practical stitching uses. Two exact matches from Anchor and Madeira make those the preferred options for gradient-critical and large-area applications — but for smaller accent uses and standalone designs, J&P Coats 7110 is a workable and accessible alternative.
